okay i have a little problem. i have 2 mtx 8000s hooked up to a rockford 800.2 amp, and a lightnin audio 1 farad digital cap to keep up with the bass. now whenever the bass thumps, the lights dim. shoudlnt the cap solve this problem? the digital readout stays high, at 14, and when it thumps, it goes down to like 10 or something... but the lights dim like almost off. i have a yellowtop optima battery, too, and a fuseblock (all regular fuses kept popping so i decided to get the breaker) the wire is 4 gauge...

could it be that i need to ground the cap and amp to different spots? i have them grounded together... my friend told me to ground them to different areas in the car, im not one to listen to other ppl often... unless they own maximas. then theyre cool like that.
