i have a 97 max gle i was wondering since the head unit is so big what would a audio store do when they install a smaller deck..ex the panasonics that chnge color at night time. i also wanted to add 2 12's subs to my system and a amp.my car came with the bose system what shouls i do?

 

they would probably put in a installation kit that is a piece of plastic frame they put in to fill up the empty space so the smaller one will fit. Not too shure about the bose but you might be able to run the amp straight from the deck to the subs and not to the rest of the speakers.

A good store will do this by default, and a low-budget store can too, but they may charge you a few dollars extra for the effort: They would/can put the storage compartment underneath that comes in the GXE. (Click my car stereo web link, for a picture of the GXE dash)
