How big of an amp can a 4th Gen stock alternator handle?
I was looking to get a single amp that puts out 60Wx4 and 200x1
Will it kill the battery?
Any help would be great. I appreciate it.

Thanks guys. what do you recommend that I do with the sub? Max RMS is 400W. Is 200W juice gonna make it under perform? Let me know. I am not really a bass guy so keep that in mind. Thank you again.

200 watts should be a pretty good amount for your sub if you're not a bass head. There are several factors in the amount of bass you'll get. 1st, how much is the peak rating of the 200 watt channel? 2nd, how efficient and how big is your subwoofer? 3rd, what kind of box are you using? 4th, make sure you face the sub towards the trunk lid, preferably towards one of the corners. 5th, your music choices may determine if it's enough. Hope this helps. Good luck
