Best location for the SWI?

Hey guys, I wanna get the PAC SWI-X for when I install my system this spring. But I'm not sure where to mount the LED. For those of you who have installed it, where did you put the LED? Thanks in advance for any info.

PAC SWI-X is for adapting the steering wheel controls to an IR signal for an aftermarket stereo. I did a search and it looks like a few people here have installed it; my question is where to mount the LED?
