those with 7" screen

Guys,

I just need to know:

#1. Are those "perfect fit" screens available anywhere ?
#2. I just cant seem to find a 7" screen with 4.2"X7.5" dimentions... how come this one fits ?

I guess #1 will interest me more then #2 so any help will be great.
