What size are the front speakers in a 4th gen? Ive been told they are 4.5 and Ive heard they are 6.5 too... so I dunno. I blew my stock non-bose speakers last week, and I cant stand having them chatter.

They are acually 6 3/4". But, a 6 1/2 will fit also.
