Aftermarket In-Dash Navigation Suggestion

This is actually for my wife's 2003 Expy EB. I already have the factory Navi in my 02 Maxima.

What does everyone hear suggest for replacing the factory in-dash 6 disc radio unit with. We already have the flip down dvd unit but would like to have an in-dash Navigation unit. Preferable a unit that allows radio, CD, DVD, and Navi with possibility of adding TV tuner too. I know about the legality of watching movies, tv in the drivers seat. As I said my main goal in a Navi unit that plays radio along with CD's and maybe later adding a TV tuner.

I've looked on www.fordtruckworld.com but didn't see much there. I was hoping people here would have some good suggestions. Who knows maybe Don has some good connections for Navi units too.
