I posted awhile ago about the Sony deck and what should do and all that stuff. well i did buy that sony cd player add on. but, it didnt go in as easy as i planned.

first off, i thought the cd player in there was not factory. turns out it is. i would have guessed if it had a factory CD player, it would have been bose, but i was wrong. therefore, it wasnt going to be the slip in, slip out like i thought it would be. i got the power hooked up just fine, its conecting it to the audio/speakers that i couldnt do. i call some places around here and they said they would have to rewire each speaker, costing anywhere between $48-$75. they said if could find an adapter that would work, that would be alot easier. does anyone know where i can find one? its hard to explain what i need exactly, i would take pics if i could, but i cant.

do you think nissan would sell kits like that? the sony Cd player i got is the same thing, just updated. would nissan carry the old factory CD player still? anyone got any ideas??

Okay to start out, have you solved the problem yet? If not I would suggest that you go to a Best Buy or a Circuit City and try and get a hold of one of their car audio people. Just tell them that you need a factor adapter for your Sony head unit. Basically all that this adapter does is plug in between your wiring harness and your head unit. This is assuming that you haven't cut any wires from the factory wiring harness. The adapter make it much easier, becaue all you do it plug into the back of your Sony and then plug the other side of the adapter into the wiring harness. If this confuses you even more, I'm sorry. But if you can make it to a Best Buy. If you have any more questions just email me and I'll try to help you out.
