However, for the Ni10 it states "Note: the male Motorola plug is not used.", so wouldn't this be best????

Any input appreciated. BTW, I'm hooking up a FM modulator for XM radio.

 

I got the adaptors that you pictured on the bottom first. However, I lost FM and AM reception. I ended up going to Best Buy and getting the two adapters that Crutchfield recommended. Now I have AM/FM and Sirius reception.
