Subs in a SUV?

i just traded my max in for a 03 murano. how will 2 12s sub sound in the back?

nice choice...

2 12 inch will dominate the space and take up lots of room...perhaps go for the new Orion style...only 3 inch deep...

they are amazing...

yeah. the 2 12s are going to be taking up my whole back portion of my "trunk." i'm just worried about how its going to sound because it's not in an enclosed space like a trunk of the sedan.

No worries...in most situations it should sound better BECAUSE it's not in the trunk.

Subs always sound better and louder in a "hatch" car. You will love the sound. Make sure to face those subs to the rear.

my friend and I have the same setup (2-12" kicker comp w/ 600watt amp) and i have a 99max SE and my friend has 2002 Nissan Pathfinder. His Setup sounds ALOT BETTER! OPEN SPACE!
