Whats a Wire Harness???

I recently purcahased a Kenwood powered subwoofer tube from a friend for my 2002 Maxima SE without any wires. Circuit city and bestbuy told me I needed a wire harness or they wont touch it. What the hell is a wire harness and where can I get one? Thanks.

It will basically plug into the tube and have wires coming out of it. Those wires will probably be a positive, negative and remote turn on.

Kenwood website it down. But, is this the type of thing you got? If so, then click on the bottom picture, and see the bundle of wires coming out? That's the harness they're talking about. The guy you bought it from should have given it to you. If not, go back and get it.

And once you got it, save your money and install it yourself - screw Circuit City. Tons of people in here would be happy to tell you how.

Thanks a lot, I got the wire harness, and found out how to hook it up myself. This website is great. Thanks again.
