mounting my XM tuner- best location

mounting my XM tuner- best location
I was thinking of putting the tuner box under the passanger seat but every person I talk to or pics I see Its always mounted in the trunk. why is that? for easy mounting converience? just wondering where everyone has theirs. pics would me nice

well I just got done installing it. I mounted it on the roof of the trunk above my sub box. took me awhile running the wires making everything all nice and hidden away. pretty easy. still need to do the antenna sometime. Debating weather I should put it on the roof like its made for or just stick it on the rear deck behind the brake light. any input on where I should put it? its gonna be a turk roof mount
