You need to find some way to kill the gator program from trying to install. I hate spyware. So with the box installed, you will have no back seat right?

Yea sorry about that. Thats cjb.net. I have Adware and Popup stopper guarding that. I never notice. No the box sits flat against the back seat part in the trunk. Angles 100% perferctly to Make a tight Nice custom looking fit.. Between the trunk hatch and the 2 rafter thingies between then it doesnt come out very far... And Im going to laminate a white board ontop of it so my neons will reflect off. If i use painted mdf board, the paint would absorb the neon.

Sorry, I misread I guess. How much airspace will that be? What are the approximate dimensions? What is the angle of the cut? Sorry for so many questions, but I want my trunk back as well.

The angle of the back seat is close to 70 degree's. I can't remember exactly. Been a couple years since I last measured.

Yeah, looks great.. and it's good that you're making it because I was just thinking of similar plans. What cubic feet is the box?

So, did this project ever get finished? I'm interested to see how you ended up securing the box.

I just went to the local wood shop they have standard sheets of 3/4" MDF for 25 dollars. For those who don't know a standard sheet is huge, 4 x 8 feet I believe. This is also here in oregon where a lot of wood comes from, so I don't know how different the prices are for states that import wood.
