Just another neon question!

Hey people! I just finished my neon install yesterday. Two 20" under dash and two 15" under seats for the back. All Streetglow blacklight tubes. I will be posting some pics as soon as it gets dark here, and hopefully if it stops RAINING!!! But anyways, I tapped into the power wire going to the cig lighter and then put a 20amp inline fuse and then a switch. Is the cig lighter have enough current to run the neons efficiently? I read somewhere on the org that somebody stated that his neons were dim because the lighter didnt have enough current. I thought this was a 12v outlet Also, is this setup fused correctly?

Thanks!

I dont see any problems with that set up on the cig lighter. back in the day I ran about 5 or 6 tubes through the lighter with no problems at all.

Thanks!!! That's a relief... now I don't have to pull everything back out again. I've got it all done up with zip ties and wire loom. Looks pretty sharp. Too bad its hidden. But, is it fused correctly? I think the fuse for the cig lighter is either 15 or 10amp. Does that have anything to do with my fuse?

Thanks again!
