hey ya'll im having some problems with my amp...i checked all the connections and they seem to be correct, but the prob is only the light surrounding the tsunami logo comes on..not the power led to tell when the amp is on...the light around the logo turns on and off when i turn the HU on and off but not the power led...and the sub of course doesn't work. ive asked a few ppl before and they came to one of these conclusions:
1. a bad ground ( i terminated it to a bolt under the trunk on the top i have a 99 maxima gxe)
2. faulty remote wire (they say to connect it to the power cable temporarily and see if the amp turns on)
the sub im using is the e12a.22, thanks in advance!

 

It sounds as if the remote wire and ground are good enough to get the small percentage of an amp needed to light the power on light lights. I would check the ground and power wires. But there are hundreds of thousands of things that could be wrong.
