Mounting a set of fosgates?

How bad do you guys think it would be
to mount my RF amps to the angled back of the trunk?
I know the manual recommends either a horizontal position
with the face up, or a vertical position for the amp.
Still... I'm too lazy to design something that's a 90
degree angle with the trunk. DO you think the amps
will overheat? I do plan to install a fan blowing
against the amps to help cooling. BTW, I have a
400a4 and a 800a4.

I have mine at a 90deg. no problems yet. However, I have it facing the ski hole and I sometimes open it so that provides cool air and it also looks cool when open

If you go with a crossflow fan so that the air passes along the fins you should be ok.

i have the same amps

no problem with over heating and i got the 800a4 running 2ohms each channel just got that blinking light problem when i hit a hard bass note but i can fix that
