Wiring subs to a 2 ohm load?

If i wire 2 svc subs to a 2 ohms load with a jbl 600.1 amp (600 x 1 watts rms @ 2 ohms). Am i getting 300 watts rms to each then? I have two 10 inch infinity reference that are rated at 250 watts rms. Do you think that the sub will take 300 watts rms?

thats what gains are for, so u can adjust the signal levels going into the subs. ratings really mean nothing its just a general guideline. that amp will run fine. and there will be plenty of power at hand.
