JL Audio is sold only at specialty retailers and not on the internet. No warranty if bought on the net.

with jl ill agree on that because they are not supposed to be online. but with certain h/u, amps, subs, ect buying online is the way to go. i was against online buying 100% but i saved so much money doing it last week.

you just have to do your homework. Check out the vendor site to see if any dealers are authorized to sell their line on the net. Some do some don't.

Yes, get one of the W6s. I have a 10w6 and you can't beat the performance.

Theres also the Titanic 10" sub from www.partsexpress.com Theres talk that it and the Adire audio subs are made by the same folks. I had the 10W6 in a Stealthbox, that did sound pretty good. But thanks to JL's wonderful quality, the foam surround literally fell apart after a little over a year. I replaced it with this sub, and put it in the stealthbox. the bass is much stronger, lower, and deeper than the JL could even come close to.These subs love to be in a .5 cubit ft sealed box, and they pound the hell out of you running 200 watts.

I have a Kenwood Excellon 650D. It's 5 channels, so it runs 2 pairs of coaxials and the JL audio sub. I think it's a great amp.

Yeah, and wait a year & a half to get the sub... (well the 15a anyway )
The ED's are badass subs. A 12O will be very similar to the w6v2. Personally though, if cost is not the issue. I prefer Brahma

Bottom line: just find exactly which JL Audio product you want and Google the model number. You'll get a zillion hits. I got my JL Audio stuff from speakersound.com (VR series separated in front, coaxials in the back, one 12w6 in trunk. Sounds great.
