check out my new box

ok i've been working on this off and on for six months and i FINALLY finished it today. it was supposed to be for my x-gf but i'm not givin it to her anymore so if anyone wants to make me an offer go right ahead. tell me what you guys think... worth it or am i crazy??

it looks ok, but the fact that most of it is still carpeted, looks weird, and makes the whole front part kinda seem pointless, but its nice

yeah well i had some guys talk me out of painting the whole thing red so that's what it turned out like... oh well it's my first fiberglassed box

thats my x-gf's sub i'm using so i'm not complaining, would anyone be interested in a fully custom fiberglass box that goes where the spare tire is for a fourth gen? how ever many subs you want, whatever color u want, however big or little u want. just a thought, gonna build a few hopefully

looks like an HE2, seems to have a foam surround. if im not mitaken that was one of the differences between the hx n he, the hx had a rubber surround and the he had foam or some other bootleg material

yeah it's a HE2 it's got a foam surround. i think it bumps pretty good with a jbl 300.1

well my original idea was to port the the box in t hat spare area and after construction started i decided not to because i figured my gf would crank the bass and blow too many subs

and i wanted it to look a little more custom with it tilted to one side
