rear trunk deck vibrates

I recently had to JL 10' W3 installed in the trunk and the read deck vibrates like crazy. I have tried dynomating the deck and it still vibrates. The vibrations seem to come from the deck hitting the glass constanlty. Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this problem. I would apprecite al the help I can get htis is driving crazy.

Thanks

I went to my local hardware store and bought some 1 1/4" square foam weatherstripping. It's @ 40" long and comes gray in color. It's marketed to seal your home air conditioner window unit. I tucked this between the rear deck and the glass and the majority of my vibration noise was gone.
