I tried to buy from them online with 2 credit cards and it didn't work; even when I called them directly, it didn't worked. So I was thinking : can I trust them with a money order? They seem to have a good reputation, but I prefer to ask you before I make my move.

It's a good website for user opinions and technical advice, but I have heard from too many people that if there is a problem with a product, and it gets sent back to the manufacturer, on many instances the manufacturer confiscates the product because it was stolen.

Maybe that's why they have great deals on the Phoenix Gold line these days. I will e-mail Phoenix Gold today to ask them what they think about this.
