well. I dont have pics yet, but I just picked up two alpine type e 12's. I think these are perfect for the amount of bass I want. Now all I gotta do is save for the box and amp.

Anyone else Using type e's ?

I hate to rain on the parade, but type E's??? Did you compare them to anything else? They are the worst sounding subs on my display.

Mr. Rain, so rude. They aren't that bad. A pair can bump almost as good as a single halfway decent sub. So there you have it. They are almost as good as one halfway decent sub. One of my neighbor kids has or had, I don't know, a pair. We played around with them and I spent a week or two digging around for the specs. They were brand spankin' new product when he got them. When I finally got the info for the subs I basically said forget about getting any more out of them puppies. But at least you have two, there is some chance of a little bit of bump.

It's all about the install. Do a good job and disregard Tapout's comment.

yes, well I will have much time to research the type of box and amp to get while I work for the $$$$

Like I said, I've herd them before, and the price was most definantly right.
