Pioneer HU + Pac adapter Qs

I just purchased the Pioneer Primier 760mp model and was wondering how many pins it has to that I could order the Pac adapter asap. Also I would like to know the difference between the Pac OEM-1 and Pac OEM-2.

I have a pioneer headunit using an adapter. Sorry I don't know anything about it but I got it from Crutchfield. I just called them up and they knew which model to send me. It works great.

I have a pac oem-1 that I was going to install but thats to add amps to bose system. Maybe the 2 is what u looking for.

For those of u that installed aftermarket head units with BOSE, were u able to use BOSE speakers? how was the sound and how much was the adapter... and where do u get it from?

i got a pioneer with my bose speakers... i don't have an adapter though and the hu is very loud...

volume 1 is annoying if i wanna take a nap in my car during lunch at work......

volume 10 is the most i ever go to and that's only on certain tracks...most of them i only go up to volume 8. . .

I got the HU before coming to the .org and never knew you have to use the adapter....

I always wondered why does my radio go up to Volume 40 when it's impossible to go up to 15....
