New Pioneer Indash

I am not sure if you guys already know about this unit, but I am just posting to inform everyone about the new Pioneer AVIC-N1 that will be coming out in a couple of weeks. Seems almost too good to be true, but the unit is an indash 6.5 touch screen monitor. Plays CD/DVD/MP3 plus has built in navigation. It even has vehicle diagnostics to display your speed, compass, turning velocity etc. Should be a hot unit, plus it has a retail value of only 2200.00. I will most definitely be bailing on my Clarion to pick this up. PZ

Your friend most likely has the 6500DVD. Theres quite a bit of differences between that and the AVIC-N1 though, primarily the fact that the AVIC has Navi already built in.

...Played with a few, theyre nice but nothing that really stands out.

I think he was referring to the older 6500DVD with the AVIC80

Would you recommend getting rid of my Clarion VRX925VD for it? I am really interested and willing to pay for it, if it is worth it.. BTW do you have an idea as to when it is coming out because I have been hearing all different dates.. Thanks
