how do i get past the firewall?

how do i get past the firewall?
I have a 4th gen, and i followed the steering collum harness to a spot underneith the exaust manifold...is there an easier place? I just need to run 1 line to my siren.

by the left foot be hind the plastic shield you can either drill or i think there is a rubber thing u can pull out and run it through there
