Ok, I am VERY new to car alarms. I kinda know what to look for, but I do not know the GREAT and REPUTABLE names out there for these systems.

I am looking for a LCD pager type alarm system. I have found the Compustar alarms to be somewhat attractive, as well as the Viper 791XV. However, the price has been the main attraction here, as most of the time money buys best.

So my question is, what alarm is the best out there. Which one has the most/best features to let me know if my car is being tampered with, and blah blah blah.
