Are Ebay antennas any good?

My stock antenna broke and I need a new one. Can i get one from Ebay and replace it and also how difficult is the install, 1-10?

I bought an antenna for my 99 SE on ebay from antennamastsrus. It was $18 with shipping and arrived in a couple of days. It came with installation instructions and was very easy to change out.
