need help with 4 gauge wires
i am trying to run a 4 gauge wire from the battery to the car. what is the best way for the wire to "get inside" the car? do i go through the electric route of the firewall? i really don't want to mess up the rubber insulator that takes in all the wires.
I used to run up the wire through the driverside fender, but it looked pretty ghetto when i open the door because it just appears right on the door step by the hinge; besides, opening and closing the door too many times, it cut the rubber covering on the wire and it burned a hole in the hinge area. please help!!! any other ways?

if your auto then tap the clutch plate, its a weird shaped peice thats up and to the left of your brake pedal, if you pull the vinyl off just put a drill to the metal and go...if your manual then im pretty sure you go from somewhere behind the gas pedal but im not positive so dont take my word for that

what is that screw looking thing sticking out? Should I just drill through it?
