I ordered a new GXE Radio Trim piece from courtesy nissan but am unsure how to install it. I have removed the entire mounting brackets from my car and the trim piece appears to have clips on the sides and the bottom. Where and what do I clip them to? This is very confusing for some reason as I can't seem to get it to snap in to place.

That trim piece is the last thing that you put on after you reinstall the rest of the dash. It just pops in. Be gentle on the bottom half of it, since it is thin there.

thanks, that is the logical conclusion that I have come to. So when installing an aftermarket deck, you would screw the deck into the brackets (iso mount). Then connect all the harnesses in the dash. Then screw the bracket into the dash with the two top/bottom screws. And then finally snap the trim piece into place?
