This would work right? I saw the back of a 5th Gen Bose system and it looks like the exact connections of that are on the back of a 4th gen, so would this work if I were to put a 5th gen Bose system in a 4th gen Max?

I guess well all find out when it arrive, I was just anxious plus didnt want to get my hope all high if it wouldnt work. I'd like to gues so (cause I bought one) and also cause the wiring is exactly the same and eveything.

Yes it will work!!

It is completely plug and play.

Only problem is the ODD SHAPE will requrie custom fitting.
