I was trying to hook up an amp and sub in my max with the bose system, and to make a long story short, something must have happened because now unless I disconnect the back left speaker, the fuse marked "bose"in the fuse box keeps blowing. In other woeds, i can only have the other three speakers working and not the back left. Does this mean I fried the bose amp in that speaker? I'm so lost now, help all you stereo people!

Sounds to me that you've accidently shorted out something. Go over your wiring again and look for any possible shorts or even nicks in the wiring. If there's a nick cover it with electrical tape so it doesn't come into contact with the vehicle body....
