get a 4 ch amp for interior speakers and a mono block for a sub. and like macalert said get a different sub. money is an object, so look around on sound domain for an exact mdoel then look for that on ebay. just get a 10 or something with a small sealed box. caues it doesnt sound like you want crazy loud music, since you said you want a near bose system...yeah but it is kinda hard to say what if you dont say how much your willing to spend.

Not always needed. As alot of people just want good clean sound and not looking for super bass coming from blocks away. A good 5channel amp will suit this very well. Also will save space,time,wiring,etc...

Get the 5 channel, getting two two channel amps makes little sense, and requires excess wiring that really seems pointless.

I love the simplicity and musical balance a 5ch provides......thinking about it for my 2k1 Pathfinder- 5ch is ideal for typical SQ systems

5 channel amp

I first started out with a 5 channel Eclipse Amp, but it didnt have enough power for the sub. I had to go ahead and buy the monoblock. Now it is much better!
