am i missing anything

If I'm going to have 2 12s with one amp going to each else what do I need? I have 2 POLK MOMO MM2124, a tsunami 500 watt amp kit, a distribution block, two JL Audio 500/1.

Your math is wrong. You have two 500 watt amps and a single 500 watt amp kit. me thinks you need a 1000 watt amp kit.

Going a step higher is always a plus just in case you might want to upgrade in the future.

Yeah, the 500/1 puts out 551 watts, so you need power capacity for 1100 watts.
