This is from a Maxima that is currently owned by my uncle in Europe...

It came as an option on his 98 (even though US didn't have it)

I believe it's the same kind (from what I remember last time I was there) as the Pathfinders here have....
if you can get your hands on a navi from a Pathfinder, you can make it work in your max...
The a/c controls are in the system so there's no worry about that...

I can probably get some more close up pics but it'll take a couple days (would have to e-mail my uncle & he would have to take some more pics)....

Btw are those easy to find? and how much are they?

Also, what do you meen by the A/C controls r in the program? does this only aply to you guys with auto climate? not manual A/C?

it is higher because that is where we have the a/c control...

below you will have 2 pockets instead of one... you need to get a dash like this too...

I saw it on ebay once for about $1300 complete set.

I don't think you can modify that one... maybe with some work... but it's easier to just get this kind.....

it did come out on very few infiniti i30's but that was maybe 20-25 cars... I have seen 2 with that system here in the states...

one guy was on the .org about a year ago but haven't seen him lately at all.... (i think his brother had it in his i30 & he said that it was like a test where they put it in a few i30's and then discontinued them)

No voice recognition, no theft deterrence.
Nice unit, though...

concidering its only around 850...its a very nice deal..

And for 600 extra for navi?! thats a good deal..

All together with navi and DVD MP3 CD...etc...its only like 1300 bucks..

most DVD and MP3 screen combos go for about 1300 bucks alone without navi...navi usually runs you an extra 1000..

That is a nice HU, im concidering this upgrade...

How do you like it so far?

And I do the AVN typically for Org members at $1850 installed. No extra "brains" add-on parts, etc Eclipses theft replacement plan,3 year warranty, etc. Of course with Eclipses quality as well.

Or the AVIC-N1 for $1550 installed

Both units have everything and then some.
