Cut Wiring Harness

a friend of mine who i thought was good enough with car audio cut off a wiring harness for the bose and now im just left with


some pictures of my situation

yea i already found that diagram tomorrow i think we are gonna have to use a test light on evey wire

you need the right tools to regrip the wires into the harness.

wtf? is that ***** retarded? i know dudes around the way who steal ****, and would neva do something that grimey and cut off someones harness. dam thats just ****ed up

so uhm...are you replacing the bose head unit...or...what. Because if your replacing the bose head unit, its not so bad....but if you were planning on using that I'd say your in a little ****. Try to find someone who cut theres off to replace their head unit and left enough wire on the harness to splice it back in...

ummm yea........u r screwed.......im an installer for an audio shop and let me tell u.....fixing that is a pain in the a**.....it can be done...test light won't do you too much good.....now if ur replacing the stock HU then it's not that bad......u would have to run new speaker wire anyway because u have to bypass the bose amp......

If hes changing the HU then theres absolutely no need to run new speaker wire just because it is Bose. Everything can be done right behind the HU. This is a falasy that way too many people believe.

true...........u can re-loop the signal behinnd the HU.....it's a lot easier then runnign new wires.........
