Diamond Audio Subs

Hi, has anyone tried the Diamond CM3 12D4s? If so, are they any good? Also are they rated at 500wRMS or 300w? The diamond webpage says 500w but in a picture of one, it says 300w on the woofer...

TIA

ive had all of them, CM3, M6 and now a TDX, there are two 3 series subs, theres a CM3=500 watts, and a TM3=300watts. ive had both and both are great subs, and yes the M6 is an incredible sub, but kikcaffine, if u think that is good, listen to their TDX. any diamond product is great. how much for the subs?

Dan how much would something like this cost. Minus the fancy Alpine logo and words ****.. just a basic trunk like this with the amps showing with plexi glass and with vinyl over it and the two subs ..

gestimate..

hey hey now no dissing in the type R's, Ive got 2 of them with only 460rms going to them and it definitly sounds nice. Im sure it dosnt compare to the diamond subs but they are definitly a worth while speaker

no dissing....the IDMAX's are beasts!! they are huge and will require a larger box given its crazy displacement, end result in a box that comes out further than the illustrated pic he was inquiring on- my point, I'm sure he was aware of it tho

the typeR are are little in comparison, I wasn't commenting wether the sub sounds good or not

I'm doing something like that right now. Plexi front on box, mirrored 2 way plexi inside, whole bottom of trunk in mirrored plexi, amps under, 21 cold catheote neons and alot of other crap = ~900-1000
