Whats going on?

On cold mornings my bose cd player always decides to skip on whatever track it feels. Yet once it warms up a lil its fine again and plays normal.

I got what u mean but the only thing is that it will only skip on the one or two tracks that it feels like skipping on. the rest will play fine.

maybe the lens are very sensitive on your car, and any scratch on the cd will make it skip.
have your try different cds.
that happens to my sody MP#player, it skips at any dust spot. I hate it.

I still say condensation....that would explain it stopping after it warms up. it could also explain why it only happens on the CD that was last played. Most radios have a warning in their owner's manuals stating playing a cd during the first few minutes may cause something like this.
