Quick Grounding question

Hi,

Im installing my amp/sub right now and Im wondering where the best grounding place is. I heard that at the seatbelt is a good place, is there any better place to ground?

when you take out the rear seat theres tha metal thing blocking the hole to the trunk, just bolt it on there
