How to set up my components

I am getting MB Quart component speakers. I was thinking of a way to install the tweeters either in the side panel that runs from the dashnoard up around the window (i think the I30 was them in the same place), or on the dash board facing me. One to the left of the instrument panel and ome inm the same place on the passenger side. Any suggestions
