im stuck between HUs...

im sticking with alpine... never heard anything bad about them other than they are pricey...

should i get the 9827 for ~$200? <--- Link

or the 9833 for ~$350? <--- Link

all i need is mp3 which i can get from the 9827, but i dont want the screen to fade and crap out... and i like the tilt option on the 33...

i need input fast...

i work at circuit city, the 31 has better crossover/equalizer capabilities. just go for it.

so youre gonna spend a lot more for an amber look...

well truthfully the display on the 30 isnt very good in the daylight (the higher models have the dot matrix so its easier to read) but at night the 30 looks quite sexy. and the 4 band parametric is more than enough for me the higher ones have 5 right? well i guess that sounds nice too huh haha

amber...amber....all alpines are green until you spend more money and you get amber or the customizable ones (of course some fo the cheap ones are blue but i'm discounting those)

oh, yeah you are right... i thought they were green? they are still ugly though (imho)... i wanted the 27 because it was blue , but i went to CC and looked at the 31 in person and its got 512 hues on it... so thats what ill be getting... not just because of the color... and definately not from them... they want $400 but i found it for around 350 or so online... idk i may just wait and get it from them...

what would you recommend?
