speaker size

Ok I have a 2003 max with stock system...not bose..i plan on getting an aftermarket HU...I aldry have an amp for the sub im gonna get (jbl 1200.1) i have had this amp for a while and it's great...the sub im gonna get is a kicker 15" solobaric...now that you know what i have and what im gonna get here is my question...

What are the speaker sizes for my car? and How many speakers are there? Are there 4 and 2 tweeters?...anyways i mainly just need to know the sizes for some aftermarket speakers...THANKS...also any recommendations on speakers? thanks again

anything from cdt. btw 6.5" in the doors and i believe 3/4" tweets in the a pillar. however, im not sure if you can fit a 1" tweet in the a pillar location. btw thats alot of power for 1 kicker solo.

Well i had my friends kicker solo 15" in my car for like a month...i loved it...it hard and clean...and it seemed fine with the amp...do you have any other suggestions maybe? im open

well if its a dvc 4 sub it will get 1200 watts rms at least which is alot for an l7. check out an RE XXX15". pricey but it can handle that power all day long.

i just installed infinity Kappas tonight in the back 6.5 and even with the oem HU they sound clean i cant wait fot the component to come for the front i hope the tweeter fits or i am going to have to make it a custom jobi cant wait for january when bustbuy start's to carry alpine.

Speaker sizes are 6.5 for front and back. You can go to Infinity's website to confirm that.
