quick question about pre-amps on aftermarket decks...

Ok, this is going to be my first system ever. I bought a punch 40dsm (which is going to be used to power a single 10" or 12" JL Audio W0) and a punch 140x4 4-channel amp (to power my Infinity Kappa's in the door and rear deck). I bought the old-school RF amps because they are considered to be way under-powered. Now here's my question. My Kenwood KDC-5019 only has F+R preamps. Do I have to use both of them to power my door speakers AND rear speakers? I'm assuming the F preamp is the front speakers and R is the rear speakers. Now where does that lead me to on how to wire up my sub? Or do I have to buy a CD player that has F,R,and a S preamps? Anyone help me with this?

well you cant wire them at 2ohms first off. And as far as your preout question goes i would advise getting another headunit that has front and rear preouts. They can be had for very cheaply on ebay.
