hi there everyone i picked up 2 ma audio ma12g6 this weekend and i was wondering if they are anygood got a great deal so i bought them also what type of box/amp would be the best for these also i am going to be hooking them up to the stock bose radio on my 99 i30t so i need to konw what conecter is needed to do this thanks for the help in advance

 

how much rms can the subs handle? if you want to hook it up to the bose radio, you need a hi low adapter which connects to the rear speakers on the bose.

 

they are the MA audio gold competion series and they can handle 400 watts RMS, any idea on the size of box or amp and is there anywhere on the net where i can find a hi/low adapter for a decent price cuz a shop around here wants 175 for just the adapter and thats without instalation :| lol so ya thanks for the replyy

 

175? wtf? i paid 10 dollars for my hi low adapter, it was some pyramid crap, but it does the job. go to wal mart or somting, those guys are rippin u off. buy one on ebay or some shiet
