I put in two JL 500/1, two MOMO MM2124 and a big box in my trunk a few months ago and I was wondering could that mess up my cars shocks or suspension? I noticed that I'm getting a weird noise from the back of my car. When my car is going to the right I hear the noise a lot. It sounds like I'm driving over a brick street even though I'm not. The sound seems to go away when I go on the highway. I get a big thump and then some small noises.

 

Your shocks might be going south , and does it get worse w/full tank of gas also?

your shocks might be at the end of its life, especially if they haven't been replaced in awhile.

 

well that sounding like you're on a brick road when you turn right could be your cv joint/axle. if it's already making that noise the bearing could be burnt already to the point where your axle needs to be replaced...
