GD on Electronics??

Before posting in the GD section Id like to see what you guys favor the most..

Radar detectors
Headunits?
Coaxs?
Components?
Navi/DVD/TV units?
Amps?
Satellite radio?
Etc..

Also which one(s) that it is, would you like to see High end or more budget set?

Please post any and all ideas you have, as I want to guage the interests here, then make the actual GD happen. Rather than guessing in the GD section and wasting space there.

It may be possible, but Ive seen sites (even though not legit) selling it cheaper than my direct cost with Escort. So Im not sure how it would really work out, as my experiences that people would rather save a couple bucks and buy the cheapest place they find, rather than getting a legit products. If/when it breaks...theyll worry then.

IMO there are some of us in here who would definitely want the higher end stuff, but as for a GD for the rest of the org, not gonna happen. And I think if your gonna put a GD up for the rest of the org, youll get the most replies from headunits.

+1 2 da max should be proud and feel accepted even if hes the one we all rip on...all in good fun

I agree, although I dont want to keep bumping a post all the time as the GD section moves fast, and people dont typically look there for A/V/E.

Ive run a few GDs in the past for DA,DEI,etc and they were fine, but they were what I chose to do it on. I would rather give choices and benefit the people more.

As for high end thats fine and what I expected. I want to narrow things down though. Lets say we end up on DA component sets, some people may want D3s and others D9s...thats Ok, just need to focus on a manufacturer after we figure out a particular product.

On the Xtant right? I dont have it right here in front of me, but Ill get the info for ya. As for a D51200.1 I got nothing. I can make some calls Monday morning, but otherwise the only thing would be a D61000.1/1500.1

Please dont get offended, but That is not gonna happen. Just save your money up and buy something decent/good the first time. It ends up being cheaper in the end.

+1,000 on that. honestly, ive bought like 4-5 "midgrade" systems in my life and if i went all out and bought a real nice system at once or even bought awesome parts at different times id be alot better off. although i think part of car audio is learning that and i think 95% of people do the same thing i did, its just hard to shell out 3-4k for an awesome system at once.

DAMN THE CHOICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need so much right, but have so little money... kind of. I want new Component set for my truck, but a flip out would cool for the Max. I doubt there'll be a GD on any Memphis items, so that leaves out for anything for sub/amp wise for the truck.

uhhhhhhhhhh

4-channel amps, gotta love'em!! Also component systems. Just so the amp doesn't feel lonely and unwanted.

300 dollars? dam thats how much i spent out wires and accessories. i guess you could buy a nice mono 200 dollar amp and a 100 on a suib. yea its possible, the you need like 30 dollars for a cheap wiring kit and then you good to go

you missed out on a pretty good GD on RE products. i doubt adire will have any GD at 1st because of the "new" products coming out.

Tony, Doubtful, Im in the process of dropping Alpine alltogether, but I never deal with the alarms anyway. My DEI rep would smack me.

kcidmil...could always Upgrade something.

VASH..Im sure I could also do combo deals.

ghost, I can look into it, but we would need the interest there first.

Everyone else..just keep voting. So far subs, comps, and amps are in the lead.

Although I am certain to have my hopes dashed, what kinds of amps would be availible for a GD? I doubt many people here would be willing to fork out the kind of dough needed for an XXK, but, man...a nice deal on a 2100 would be teh hotness
