Any suggestions on setting it up differently?

Any suggestions on setting it up differently?

I am just waiting for the rest of the equipment to arrive via UPS, but I am setting up me sound system.

HU: Sony CDX-F5700
Amp: Pyramid PB-448x
Speakers: Pair of Pioneer TS-A6960R
Sub: Pioneer TS-W300R

I was thinking about using 2 channels of the amp in bridge for the sub in a sealed 1.5 cuft box and the other 2 channels for the pair of 6x9s. I am using the pre-amp out rear for the 6x9s and the pre-amp out for the sub. I am going to unplug the Bose speakers in the door panels for now and just run those three in the back.

I believe I read that each channel of the speaker is 2 Ohm stable. Is that going to damage the 6x9s?
Should I set it up differently?

Thanks for the inputs.

So you're going to only have sound coming from the rear? Trust me, it's awful. I dealt with it out of necessity for a few weeks, why would you do that on purpose. also, You'll get much better SQ from circular speakers instead of the 6x9s

Your best speakers should be run up front. I ran with my components in the front and OEM rear speakers for a while. I use the back speakers to round things out (rear fill).

I am just a little tight on the budget for now, but I am going to get 2, 3 or 4 way speakers for the door panels. Then, I am going to wire them together with the 6x9s using the same amp. I have 250w coming out from each channel and the 6x9s can only handle 220w. I don't know too much about component speakers, so to be safe, I will use, uh, whichamacallits, coaxials or triaxials...

Thanks!

Please do not believe that the amp will provide you with any where what it claims.

I haven't actually seen the 6x9s ur talkin about, but 220w sounds like peak handling...not RMS (which u should go by). And I have to agree with Pearl96Max, that amp isn't gonna put out what it claims.

A true 50W is all that is needed to start damging the human ear. Listening at 250W would essentially
