I was thinking how tweeters would look in my GXE. Where would I install them since I have no place for them? Would they make a difference in a setup with a apline 9847 head unit and 4 sony xplod 220 watt speakers or will it just be a waste of money? Anybody have pics of the tweeter setup?

Just put some money together for a matched set of components and a decent amp. Your ears will thank you later.
