1.When adding a sub to the bose, is it also possible to add say a kenwood amp?
2. Is there anyone that has a used (i think its pac or scosche) adapter that allows you to use a sub with bose for sale?
3. http://www.crutchfield.com/S-kLtAlXC...EM2&search=pac Is this the correct adapter? Does it allow you to add a sub and a amp? Would I just run the sub through the amp after using the adapter?
I'm ignorant in this category, I appreciate any input in advance.
*edit* Im pretty sure it's the oem-1 kit now. Anyone up for question 1 and 2?

If the amp you're adding has high level inputs [speaker level inputs], then you don't need anything. If it doesn't, any line output converter [line driver] will work. There are probably some that are plug-n-play, but you can use any [though I would stick to better name brands]. I think that pac-2 is the one that most people suggest, but if you are looking at doing more than just connecting the amp [i.e. you need a xover, would like some equalization, etc. . .] look into audiocontrol stuff [a little pricy].

stock hu has no rcas. it takes the left and right negative and positve signals from the audio inputs and then goes to an hi low adapter to send out to the rcas, or you could just splice the wires at the back of the deck
