Help w/ tracking on headrest monitors?!

I have 2 DHD 5.6 visor tv's that i put in my headrests. However, every so often, the tracking of the picture gets messed up. There is no **** on the screen to fix this...therefore what else could it be?

How many video outputs does the DVD player have? If you do not already have one you may need to get a video signal booster.

I have one video output....i put a splitter (one for the 7 " and one for the headrests). I had also joined the headrest into one.

Is the splitter your using just a standard y-type splitter, or one that is desinged to split the video signal (these are supposed to split the signal without signal degredation)?

Here is an example of the video signal splitter.

I think that your problem may lie with the splitter.

The one in the link looks to be a good deal, espeacially the $.19.99 one from their scratch and dent outlet. I have an Alpine one that I would let go for cheap, just can't find it right now. A lot of our stuff is packed away right now (getting ready to move).
