My friend is trying to install a Kenwood KDC-MP8017 into a 96 Maxima. He originally had it in his Altima.. He says the double pronged power cord doesnt fit into the back of the unit.

And also, does he need a special harness/adapter to hook up the other wires.. He said he bought one for a 4th gen maxima from best buy but it doesnt look right.
